I have a 3 bedroom with upstairs room with 1/2 bathroom (shower no tub) in hallway (all yours) right by Bradley Lake. This is a low-key, quiet spot with neighbors 10ft on each side - so I am trying to keep it that way - with minimal guests - unless communicated/talked about.

$950/month which includes:
• internet
• AC (if needed)
• private bathroom
• anything pictured in room (otherwise everything will be removed)
• all utilities-with exception to electric depending on AC usage
• new W/D with steam dry option
• most household supplies

Requirements:
• proof of identity & income to cover rent
• signing of a lease (to protect us both)
• must be clean, communicative, honest & respect boundaries
• minimal company or frequent overnight stays

About me:
• im a single dude with a love interest and focused on her
• i have a french bulldog
• i am currently on severance leave and working on kicking off my LLC - so am
home 90% of the time (in my office or studio)
• i produce music so it may be a little loud during the day/sometimes night - but will respect if you ask me to keep it down
• i am a social butterfly but enjoy my solitude
