• Full farm-style kitchen with plenty of space to cook
• Large laundry room with washer and dryer
• Full bathroom
• Dining/eating area
• Comfortable shared living spaces
Upstairs Rental Options:
• The entire upstairs (all three rooms) for $1,700/month, along with access to the shared living spaces downstairs.
• The large upstairs bedroom/ living. ($900) if rented separately
• The two smaller upstairs bedrooms/office together ($900)
Included in rent price is water, septic, trash and internet and PSE. Propane will be split between roommates. Flexible setup depending on your needs.
The Household:
Current downstairs roommate is clean, easygoing, and values a calm, respectful home environment. No additional pets, as the downstairs roommate has two emotional support pets.
