This is a shared communal space in a really beautiful, but old home in the most beautiful neighborhood in Tacoma. Mo and I really love the house, we take good care of it and will be seeking a roomate who likes a clean, peaceful space.

1 year lease. No couples or children Very small dogs that like cats may be considered. Two cats here so no more cats or large dogs.

About the house: 1900s duplex right up from Ruston Way. Water views from the house. Back porch for chill space. Yard with garden box for gardening. Tons of space for plants. Very easy access to i5. Safe neighborhood with coffee shops/the waterfront/restaurants in walking distance.
