Two Covid-Conscious Rooms on Sixth Ave!

Howdy! My name is Artemis, and I'm looking for two roommates to share my lovely ground floor apartment with!

NOTE: Our landlord will need to you pass a non-negotiable Credit and Background check, with the Zillow application fee being $35. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to help if you have a bad credit history. Additionally, I request that we all agree on and sign a shared roommate contract prior to the leasing day to avoid any misunderstanding around expectations and responsibilities in our shared home.

The apartment itself was built recently and is right in the middle of Sixth Avenue, on a bus line directly leading to terrific groceries and Tacoma Community College in one direction or the amazing food and social scene in the other. The neighbors are lovely and mostly keep to themselves, while I've never felt anything less than safe in this apartment!

The appliances are all top-notch, with a full kitchen and dishwasher! Other amenities include A/C for heating and cooling, in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and a TV and PS4 you're welcome to use! I pay internet and electricity personally and water/garbage are included, so rent won't fluctuate.

Each unit has one dedicated parking spot in the alleyway, and first-come-first-serve curbside parking. I do not have a vehicle myself.

The rooms themselves are both street facing, with personal closets and wall-mounted heaters and dials.

The shared bathroom has a single sink-cabinet and shower/bath, with shelves in the corner. The water heater is pretty generous if you're the type to take a steaming-hot shower for half an hour at a time!

Myself, I'm a queer geek who enjoys cooking for whoever wants a portion, running tabletop RPGs, playing videogames, and reading through a book or two per week. I work full-time for morning shifts, and do my best to not be too loud in the early mornings and late nights.

I and my partners all have some degree of disability, meaning we're committed to remaining COVID/disease-conscious for the sake of our continued health. I wear a mask daily and test once a week when seeing friends, while asking anyone I invite to the apartment to take a COVID test and test negatively before coming over. I would greatly appreciate a similar amount of consideration from any prospective roommates.
