Master Bedroom with Bath

I have a room in a lovely 2 Bed 2 Bath, just over 1000 sqft apartment in North Slope Tacoma. You would get the master bedroom with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet for $1200. There is a shared garage out back as well for some extra storage. I would be adding you to my current lease, so you would need to apply through the property management company (Guide Property Management).

A bit about me, I am a social boy. Extraverted, chatty, and I enjoy hosting friends and family. I am also a night owl and tend to be up late, but I keep quiet hours and am sensitive to differing sleep schedules. I love games of any variety: Board games, video games, DND, MTG. Big nerd sh*t over here.

I have AuDHD and get along very well with other neurodivergent folks, and also “normies” that are really into their hobbies and just havent been diagnosed yet. Please in your DM to this include any hyper fixations and special interests. I am queer and queer friendly as well.

I am not a hyper-clean person, but I do ask for a general respect for shared spaces. I enjoy hosting, so keeping a respectable space is important to me.

I have a cat. She is the love of my life and loves people, but does not get along well with other animals, so unfortunately if you have another hairy homie it will not work.
