The location is a big part of the appeal. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, wine bars, Metropolitan Market, a movie theater, a bowling alley, and the Saturday Farmers Market. It’s easy to live here without feeling stuck in your car.

This is a true co-living home with a friendly, considerate vibe. Many residents are new to the area or simply want more connection than living alone provides. If you’re moving from out of town, it’s a great place to land because you instantly have people around you who may want to try a new restaurant, walk to the market, explore Tacoma, or head outdoors for a hike. At the same time, everyone respects privacy and quiet time.

Rooms are fully furnished, and each one is a little different. Some have private entrances, some have access to a deck, some share a bathroom with one other person, and some have a private bathroom.
