Howdy! Myself and my roommate are looking to rent-out our third bedroom to anybody interested

NOTE: We cannot offer the room any sooner per our lease, and are fairly strict about the age requirements. Additionally, our landlord will need to you pass a non-negotiable Credit and Background check

The master bedroom is spacious, with it's own attached master bathroom, large closet, and heating.

Sixth Ave is great, with tons of transit lines available to get you most places in the city in under half an hour - you can get to TCC in around fifteen minutes by bus! Meanwhile, you're a short walking distance from dozens of small, local businesses that are great for thrifting and getting something to eat or read.

My roommate and I are both queer geeks who enjoy cooking home meals, playing TTRPGs, watching movies, and finding cool new places in the city.

Both of us have some degree of disability, meaning that we are unwilling to compromise on masking outside the home including with friends and family - unless proof of negative COVID tests are provided. This is inflexible, and we will require a signed agreement before completing signing. The long-term effects of Covid-19 and other illnesses could seriously aggravate our health conditions. The both of us mask outside the home for our full-time jobs, and expect the same in return in order to rent the room out.
