Downtown Tacoma Room and Bathroom

Welcome to Downtown Tacoma! Bars, food, and grocery store are all in walking distance. The building has valet trash pickup and roving security. Cable and Internet is included in rent! If you want a garage parking space it’s an additional $85 (Building’s price, not mine!) If not, there’s free street parking out front.

We’ll share a common living room/dining room/kitchen/washer and dryer. In the living room I’ve got two TV’s because I love sports! So the most serious rules are:
1. If you’re going to drink beer I have in the fridge, make sure you’re contributing to the store-fridge-belly lifecycle. (In other words, replace what you drink!)

2. If there’s a sporting event on (Playoff game, Mariners, etc.) that’s what will be on the living room TVs. You’re always welcome to join! But if that’s not your thing, no hard feelings. Go M’s!

3. The building doesn’t allow for marijuana. I don’t personally have an issue with it, but I don’t want the smell. So if you do indulge, just please take it outside or stick to edibles.

4. No hard drugs.
