**Roommate Wanted – 2 Bed / 2 Bath Apartment**

Hey, we’re looking for a roommate to move into our 2 bed / 2 bath Gated Community apartment with my wife Sara and me.

Just being upfront—we’ve had some rough experiences in the past with roommates who weren’t consistent with rent or just didn’t respect the space, so we’re really trying to avoid that this time. We’re looking for someone reliable, responsible, and drama-free. **Rent on time is a must. No exceptions.**

A little about us: we’re pretty laid back but we keep our home life pretty structured. We’re into turbo Hondas, JDM car meets, hunting, fishing, and hitting the range when we can. We’ve got a Shiba Inu, another dog, and a cat—so you’ll need to be totally comfortable living with pets.

What we’re hoping for is someone who fits in well personality-wise, respects shared space, and is just generally solid to live with. Not looking for a party house or anything chaotic—just a chill, stable living situation.
