Private 1 Bath 1 Bed in a single family house

I'm looking for a roommate who can move in as soon as possible.

About me: I'm currently serving in the Army as an LT. That means I get up early and (try to) go to bed early. Since I'm the owner of this house, I can be pretty flexible with lots of things. I also cook Korean food, so I hope you don't mind the smell of it. I'm LGBT friendly.

About you: I prefer a male. Age doesn't matter, but you must have a job or be a full-time student. No smoking of any kind. And I only wear indoor shoes when I'm at home, and I expect the same from you. Otherwise, I'm super flexible! I'm absolutely okay with a cat, and I might consider a dog. As long as you're a sane person with good common sense (no blasting music all night, trashing the house, etc), you're good to go.

About the house: This is a 2 bed 2 bath house, and I'll be living in a big bedroom with a private bathroom. I have a small, furnished room with a bathroom right next door, and only you will use this bathroom. We will be sharing the living room and the kitchen. All utilities are included, and you're welcome to use any of the tools, utensils, and equipment in the common area. Washer and dryer are in unit, and it also has a rice cooker, air fryer, and dishwasher. Lastly, the house has a huge yard, off-street parking, and a private outdoor hot tub/spa!

As for the room, it has a twin XL bed and a small desk, a chair, and a lamp. I will install a closet in the closet area for you. A stand-alone heater/AC is also included.
