New school year is coming, so we're ready for a new batch of tenants. Lease available are 6, 12, or a custom lease to last through the school term (except the master BR, see note below). There is a $100 discount to your first month's rent if you bring in a friend that also rents a room here. Rooms can be shared (you don't get a discount if your room is shared by a friend though, only if they rent their own room).

* 156 sq ft master (this room has a private fridge, **seeking a lease term ending in Dec, possible extension)
* 136 sq ft bedroom:
* 93 sq ft bedroom (this room is taken by 19 y/o student until May 1st)
* Huge basement (where the landlord spends most of his time)

For the health and safety of all residents, we do require that you keep up with your flu and covid vaccinations. Please keep your receipt to receive a discount for your out of pocket costs for these vaccines.

**The Master Bedroom was promised to someone in December. I will know in Oct/Nov for sure if they will be moving in or not, so we're only doing the master BR for a lease ending in December, with the possibility to extend (or move to a free room). The young couple, that just got a car, is being allowed to terminate their lease early (you'll be glad they did, trust me). The other leases expire this summer.

Because we're going with a whole new batch, we'll first do initial interview and background checks. After that, I'll like to have all prospective roominess meet somewhere and see how we all get along (if you're an introvert or on the spectrum, we'll make it work, so don't worried it won't work out at this stage). You'll then you rank each other privately, which I'll then take into account before offering leases to sign the following day, or later that day. This is to ensure we maintain a friendly environment at home.
