New school year is coming, so we're ready for a new batch of tenants. Lease available are 6, 12, or a custom lease to last through the school term (except the master BR, see note below). There is a $100 discount to your first month's rent if you bring in a friend that also rents a room here. Rooms can be shared (you don't get a discount if your room is shared by a friend though, only if they rent their own room).

Room descriptions:
* 156 sq ft master (with it's own bathroom and shower)
* 136 sq ft bedroom (shared bathroom, but your own sink)
* 93 sq ft bedroom (shared bathroom with own sink)
* Huge basement (where the landlord spends most of his time)
There is a third bathroom in the basement used primarily by the landlord, but can be used if the shared bathroom is occupied.

For the health and safety of all residents, we do require that you keep up with your flu and covid vaccinations. Please keep your receipt to receive a discount for your out of pocket costs for these vaccines.

You must be 18+ or and emancipated minor to rent a room. Also be aware your college may require you spend your first year in campus housing, so double check that requirement. Your parent cant sign a lease for you here, but they can pay your rent directly.
