We live in a quiet, safe, maintained, and cheery neighborhood located in the heart of the Tacoma Central District, nestled between the town of Fircrest and the Proctor District. Though the 2nd floor unit shares the same entrance as the main residence, besides that, it is an ultra-private and quiet unit. Utilities are included in the rent. Since accidents happen, a refundable $200.00 Damage Deposit is required, and there is a $600 surcharge per month to add an additional person. The dwelling is equipped with lots of lighting in both of the upstairs living areas and outside the home. The upstairs area is fully furnished and includes a full-size bed, desk, dressers, armoire, and ample closet and storage space. For your convenience, the room also features a microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, satellite Smart TV, and dedicated HVAC heating and air conditioning. (Utilities included) You will have a semi-private bathroom with a shower located right at the bottom of the stairs. This bathroom would be almost exclusively for your use. We also have an additional bathroom with a tub and shower. House Rules: To maintain our living standards, we are a strictly smoke-free and pet-free household. Due to the shared nature of the bathroom facilities, we are currently only accepting applications from female tenants. You are welcome to use the laundry room and kitchen to store food and prepare meals. We’d also love for you to join us for dinner or help yourself to leftovers. Also, feel free to relax in the downstairs common areas. Convenient street parking is available right in front of the house. We are located in the Tacoma Central area. We are 1.5 miles from Highway 16 and 2 miles from the I-5 Freeway. Bus stops are everywhere, and almost everything else, Banks, Grocery Stores, Shops, Restaurants, Nature Center, and Rainiers' Ballpark, are within walking distance from our home. To keep our home comfortable for everyone, we require a background check via FurnishedFinder and maintain a strictly non-smoking, no vaping, no chewing tobacco, no marijuana, no mushrooms, and no pets of any kind on the premises. My husband is retired, so if there is anything you need or any issue with the Wi-Fi, etc., he is as close as a phone call away.
