House is off of Browns Point Blvd just west of North Shore Golf Course. 17 min to Tacoma, 12 min to Federal Way, 30 min to Seattle (depending on traffic). House has beautiful gardens, fruit trees, 4 kinds of berries. There are outbuildings, pastures and lots of woods with trails. Only place like it around. I work part time and spend much of my time working in garage and gardening. Other roommate is quiet, works full tired hours at night me, respectful. Both of us are very easy going.
