Nice bedroom in 4 bedroom home on 5 acres.

Located in an upscale, established neighborhood that is very secure and easily one of the safest neighborhoods around. House is off of Browns Point Boulevard 30 min drive to Seattle, 15 min drive to downtown Tacoma. The House has beautiful gardens, a large Koi pond with waterfalls, fruit trees, 4 kinds of berries. There are outbuildings, pastures and lots of woods with trails. Only place like it around!
The rooms are decent size with cleaned, newer carpets, fresh paint, well lit and warm. Has a newer heating system with very nice AC system too, so the temperature is always comfortable.
I try my best to keep the place in good shape indoors and outdoors and expect all roommates to clean up after themselves. No slobs - please! I love to cook and appreciate a tidy and well stocked kitchen.
I work part time and spend much of my time working in the garage and gardening.
My expectations are pretty simple - clean up after yourself, pay your rent on time, you may have guests ( i can discuss this further with you).
Its a very relaxing house, many rooms to chill besides your room where you can watch big screen TV’s, listen to music, read - whatever you like. The place is peaceful, relaxing and very comfortable.
