Hi I’m renting out my 2 bedrooms and a large private bathroom as a combo . I thought it would be nice to rent out both so you could have more space and maybe a tv area or office. Both bedrooms are an odd size so I figured you can have them all . I’m looking for someone who is clean and friendly, no drama . You can have all house privileges . I’m very easy to get along with. Life is too short to be agro . My house is completely remodeled and everything is new . Brand new front loader washer and dryer. Large outdoor deck and bbq . Large completely fenced in yard. Extremely safe and quiet neighborhood and awesome neighbors. The house is located a cross the street from the beautiful lake. . I live alone so there are no other roommates. The bedrooms are away from each other. The rooms I’m renting out face each other in a small hallway. The private bathroom is in the same hallway.
