We have a 2 bedroom space with a private living room. Share kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. Cannot have anymore pets, we have 3 house cats. Tenants are my husband and I and our 18 year old niece ( you'd share the bathroom with her). Space itself is in a private area. Larger bedroom has a walk in closet. We live on a quiet street, we are pretty quiet. Prefer laid back person or couple. We are a drama free house and would like to keep it that way. Utilities are about $200 a month, that includes water, power, internet. Garbage is every 3 months and about $40. Furniture in picture will be going away.
