Single occupancy room in shared 1960’s comfortable house within 2 miles of Kingston, WA. on Hwy 104 with a hectare of private land.
$800 per month plus $400 refundable deposit. Rent includes utilities, wifi and Netflix.

I am a busy, project-oriented senior with 2 canine companions. I strive never to leave the driveway, too many projects. Sometimes we take short trips away from home.
