Quiet, laid-back, brand new all girls household

$1350 Room with queen bed, vanity & beanbag

All girl household, i live here and am renting out my three spare rooms. I am a 29yo female, I work a 9-5 and I am quiet and laid back, I am looking for other girls who want a peaceful household and are okay with cats. I have three bedrooms, all include a bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, 40" TV, body mirror, standing hamper, pop up hamper and hangers. One room has a full bed and normal sized closet (average room size), one room with a queen bed and walk-in closet (average room size, but big closet), and one room with a queen bed, vanity, bean bag, ottoman and normal size closet. The three rooms upstairs share a bathroom (upstairs) with two sinks, deep bathtub and rainfall shower. However, there is an additional bathroom downstairs with a walk-in shower that no one uses. The laundry room is also upstairs near all of the rooms. The kitchen has all pots, pans, dishes, appliances, seasonings, etc. that you can need, you are welcome to use them. There are two living rooms with sectionals, one with a 77" TV, one with a 65" TV. I have two 8-month old kittens and a 4 year-old cat. It is a family neighborhood with a middle school a few minute walk away that has a full track and basketball courts. WIFI + all utilities included.
