Large 1930s Home to Share - Bremerton

Looking for housemate to share my large 1930s home in Bremerton.

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath + den and office, this 2600 +/- home is fully furnished and very comfortable.

I'm a single professional, often away for months at a time as I split my time between WA and my main home in Atlanta.

Prefer single housemate with stable employment/income. Laid back creative, love arts and culture.

Don't just rent a room, share a house with with a chill housemate who is respectful of boundaries, yet friendly and outgoing.

Happy to share a meal and some good conversation over a glass of wine when I am in town.

You can have your pick of large bedrooms, and I keep a spare bedroom ready for guests, so if you ever have out of town friends or family visiting, we have a place to offer hospitality.

Am open to renting 2 rooms, you'd have almost whole house to yourself at a below market rate.

Utilities, internet, streaming, monthly maid service, and lawn service included in rent. Plenty of storage and parking.

1st + deposit, background check and reference check prior to moving in. Flexible terms, and am happy to work with OC students or self employed.
