Hello all, my name is Vanessa, I'm 38, I'm of Caribbean decent. I am currently looking for a awesome respectful and kind and considerate mature roommate who is clean and tidy and socialable, honest and trust worthy. I am friendly and I love doing brunches and having bottomless mimosas and lots of love and laughter with friends and family. I will not post pictures on here bc I am a very very private person and my home is my safe place and I prefer to filter out who has access to knowing my home address and see pictures. I will send pictures upon request. I am offering the second bedroom and private bathroom for rent to a great roommate. The room is large with plenty of natural sunlight. It is wall to wall carpet and a spacious closet. There is a balcony that overlooks the courtyard of the property. There is wifi and cable and it is included in the rent as well the utilities. There's parking available. The location is on a bus route, and it is walking distance to the Town center for shopping and the buses also go to the town center both metro and the sounder. Plenty of restaurants and stores and businesses are all a 10 minute walk away. WE ARE FEMALE ONLY HOUSEHOLD.. The property is beautiful and very clean and the amenities are many. Also it's less than 10 minutes away from the Park&Ride transit center here. Plenty of shopping and restaurants are near as well as bank's and other businesses.
