It’s a quiet, newer 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in a newer development at the end of a street in White Center. The house has two separate shared living areas, an open kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and a gas stove, a laundry room, and a private backyard with space prepared for a future hot tub.

The available bedroom is private and shares a clean bathroom with one housemate. The shower and toilet are separated by a door from the sink area, so both spaces can be used privately at the same time. Three neurodivergent nerdy adults in their 30s currently live here, along with three resident cats. We love to play games, d&d, and various other table top games. We are quiet and all currently work during the day out of the house save for one WFH. The household and LGBTQ+ affirming. We are walking distance to a Safeway and the 16th Ave White Center strip. Rent and fees: First month, half of last month. $1000 + utilities. OR a flat rate of $1200. Last month rent $600 due at move in. Available now or 9/1. We are open to 3-12 months for the right fit.
