Quiet house with an easy commute

We’d love to tell you a little about the house and see if it feels like a good fit.

We have a beautiful 4 bed / 3 bath home in West Seattle, tucked at the start of a quiet cul-de-sac. It’s peaceful, warm, and has that rare kind of calm you can feel when you walk in.

Two rooms are available. They’re semi-master bedrooms that share a bathroom with a great setup: the shower/toilet area is separated from the large sink area by a door, so it gives everyone a little more privacy and breathing room.

The basics:

Rent: $1,200/month per room, utilities included
Deposit: First and last month’s rent
Move-in: Immediate or very soon
Lease: Flexible terms

The house has a two-car garage, a small fenced backyard, and a big entry room we use for tabletop gaming and general nerdy side quests. The kitchen is beautiful, with a large island, gas stove, and fireplace — very good for shared cooking nights, especially because we always make too much.

Right now, it’s just two of us and two sweet elderly cats. Rylie stays busy running her own ski shop and event space, and I mostly keeps to myself playing games or watching movies. The vibe is friendly, creative, respectful, and low-drama.

Ideally, we’d love to fill both rooms, though we’re open to talking about keeping it to a three-person household if that feels like the better fit, with a slight rent adjustment.
