Hello everyone!

I’m looking for a new tenant to take over one room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment starting May 1st. The apartment is located at 769 Hayes St, Westlake—super convenient to nearby tech offices (Amazon, Google, Adobe) and public transportation (the 40 bus route is just a short walk away).

Rent: $1200 (subject to change with lease renewal). The total rent for the apartment is currently $2400, which includes parking, WSG, and storage.

Lease: A new lease will need to be signed due to the change in tenant. The lease end date is flexible, so let me know your preferences.

Vegetarian-friendly: We’re ideally looking for someone who is a vegetarian or comfortable with a vegetarian lifestyle/environment.
