Chill room in house with garden and view

I’m looking for a roommate in a small house in West Seattle. It’s a green, mostly residential neighborhood and the few businesses aren’t open late. I’m home a lot except when I’m out of town, which is often, but I think I’m pretty quiet. I usually cook at home and am down for sharing meals or Costco trips.

- garden that produces some food and has space to plant more

- five blocks to Vashon ferry

I’d be happy to share with a wide variety of folks, as long as you’re clean and responsible. I’m in my 40s and haven’t had roommates in a long time, but now the economy is trash. I had a roommate who was a man I barely saw and that was fine, I had roommates who were women I did everything with and that was fine. The common areas are small but the outdoor spaces have more room for hanging out and socializing.
