LGBT friendly room for rent in modern new build

I’m looking for someone to rent the second room in my West Seattle home (2 bed 2.5 bath). The room features vaulted ceilings two large skylights, plenty of natural light, a lofted storage or reading space, closet, and your own bathroom off the hallway featuring heated tile flooring. Room enough for a queen bed and desk/workspace in the corner nook (this used to be my office/guest room).

The home includes laundry, mini split heating and AC throughout the house, a shared kitchen with induction stove, a spacious living room, dining room, shared workspace, outdoor deck and raised garden bed.

A little bit about me I am a working professional, 30 year old gay male, and ideally looking for a LGBT roommate or someone that is LGBT friendly. I’m pretty tidy and would expect the same from a roommate (at least in common spaces).

I do already have a cat so ideally looking for someone that is pet free.

Move in date available January 1st.
