I’m renting out a private room in my West Seattle home — a peaceful, family-oriented neighborhood with free parking, easy transit access, and a relaxed vibe. The room fits a full or queen bed, gets good natural light, and has its own closet. You’ll have access to the entire house, including the shared living room, full kitchen, shared bathroom, in-unit laundry, a nice backyard, and a front porch for hanging out. I’m Hugo (30), a PhD candidate at UW and a full-time weekend worker in homeless services. I’m clean, respectful, LGBTQ-friendly, and pretty low-key since I’m often studying, working, or traveling to L. A. and Coachella — so you’ll sometimes have the place to yourself. My friendly dogs stay with me about six months out of the year, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs. I’m looking for someone considerate, clean, communicative, and easygoing.
