I’ve lived here for a while now and really like the place, it’s in a quiet neighborhood but has quick access to both downtown and Ballard/Fremont in addition to being a great price with a great view.

I’m looking for someone who’s a similar age (I’m 28) and can move in sometime in the next couple months. At least one year lease is required. Message me if you have any questions or want to come take a look!
