Private room for rent in friendly building

Hey yall I am looking for someone to replace my current roommate starting September 17th. The lease renews in February and you are welcome to stay on or leave at that point. The rent increase for next year is $35. They are leaving on good terms to a cheaper place and to be closer to their friends, hobbies, and side gig in Monroe. Any gender is welcome feel free to DM if interested. Photos of the actual room show my current roommates furniture none of which is included.

The Apartment:
Rent for the room without utilities is 950. Your share with typical utilities would come out to roughly 1100. Damage deposit is 900. Parking costs an additional 35 dollars per spot per month. You will have to submit income information along with me to apartment management to be added to the lease. I would like to look into adding a monthly maid service to be split but that feels like a discussion.

The Good:
Restricted access quiet building with friendly neighbors
Top floor unit
Walking distance to the 372 bus line to UW
Decent management
No pests

The Not So Good:
Apartment can get hot in the summer
Road noise
Laundry is not in unit but is in the building. It costs 3.25 to wash and 3.25 to dry.

The Me:
I am a 25 year old nonbinary energy analyst. I typically work from home most days but have hobbies most evenings. I am introverted but love to hear about the lives of the people I live with. I consider myself to be fairly typical on the cleaning front and don't mind the common space being cluttered at times. Happy to have people over if I am given a heads up.

The Cat
Her name is beans and she is a menace to society but is sweet if you take the time to bond with her.
