Roommate Wanted April 1 onward.

Hello! We have a room opening April 1 in our 2,100 sq ft house in quiet Wedgwood.

Rent is $950 per month before utilities.
The spot:
-Private bedroom and shared bathroom with 1 roommate.
-Calm neighborhood, close to UW bus lines and the Burke Gilman trail.
-Easy acces to Lake Washington.
-About 10 minutes to I-5.
-Tons of grocery options nearby.
-No pets or smoking.

Our landlord requires the following:
-Applications must be completed online through RHAWA and require a $40 fee, along with employment, credit, and rental history/reference screening.

-Applicants must have a credit score of at least 725 and a good rental history with on time payments, no prior evictions, and no open bankruptcy.

-You have to provide a reference name and phone number from your previous residence, a current employment reference, and a copy of photo ID.

-In addition, you'll need $300,000 in liability insurance and provide proof of that insurance. This isn't too expensive to purchase!
