Hi everyone! We’re looking for a roommate to join our house starting January 1 or sooner. The available bedroom is on the main floor of a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house in Wedgwood.

The bedroom has a nice big closet, and its own door to access the backyard (the house has both a backyard and a front yard!) The house has a garage, easy parking, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and chill neighbors and landlords.

About us: we are currently 2 women in our late 20’s/early 30’s. We are looking for a roommate in a similar age range to us who is comfortable living with a kitty and is queer friendly! (At this time we are not accepting other pets into the home). We like our home to be a space where we can chat, have family dinners, and spend time with each other, but also value rest and quiet time. Things we like to do are dance, cook, hike, bike, read, sit around chatting, have fires in our backyard, etc.

We love our home in the sweet neighborhood of Wedgwood - it’s a block from a coffee shop, has a grocery store right down the street, and is a great neighborhood to stroll around in, with lots of beautiful tree-lined streets. This is a lease take over and are looking for someone to sign the remaining of a year-long lease that will end September 26’.
