Beautiful home in Wallingford

This home is beautiful! Great location with easy access to the freeway. It's a quiet, family neighborhood. Green lake is a quick drive or 20 min walk away. Close to Wallingford farmer's market.

About the space: The bedroom and house are good-sized. Bedroom will easily fit a queen, nightstand, desk. Room not pictured because roommate is currently moving out. You will have a semi-private bathroom. All of your own stuff in the bathroom and shower is for your use only. It's a bathroom for when guests come over (which is not very frequent) and if roommates are downstairs. There is a second room next to the living room (not pictured) which I plan on turning into a work out room/reading nook.

About you: I'm looking for a female roommate late 20's to early 40's. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Good communication. Willing to help with cleaning and household chores in the common spaces. Someone who is quiet, laid back who does not have guest over frequently. The landlord limits overnight guest to 2 days per week. Longer stays are okay if friends/family are visiting from out of town. Working full-time or student with parents cosigning with good credit. No dogs or cats allowed sorry.

About me: I'm a dietitian in my mid 30's who enjoys working with neurodivergent kids. I'm a very friendly introvert. I'm kindhearted and spiritual. I enjoy yoga, hiking, thrifting, meditating, paddle boarding, and farmer's markets. I would love to create a community and be friends with my roommates. Also completely respect personal space and needing recharge time. I work from home full-time and rarely have guests over. I go to bed early on work nights and need a quiet home after 9:30 pm (light sleeper). I'm am open book, so happy to answer any questions.

Other deets: room is available starting August 1st but does not need to be filled until September 1st. We pay most of the utilities. When you get selected, the landlord will want to meet with you before signing the lease.
