Nice House, Room and Neighborhood - Greenlake

Hi, my name is Pat. We have nice-sized, unfurnished room on the second floor. The bathroom is shared with one other person. It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood close to Greenlake. Nice backyard.

There is convenient access to shopping, restaurants, bus, Roosevelt lightrail, University of Washington and freeways.

The available room shares a bathroom with one other person. It is a four bedroom house with two bathrooms, a dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house has internet, washer/dryer, garage for bike and a nice backyard. T

It is a no shoes house. We keep it tidy and clean. Kitchen cleaned after each use. No dirty dished in the sink. The common areas and bathrooms are cleaned twice per month by our “cleaning lady”. There’s a routine of quiet between 9pm and 8am. We are non or light social drinkers.

We’re a four roommate house and currently looking for two new roommates. Looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and mature. Someone with a quiet, calm lifestyle. We’re mature, friendly, intelligent, world aware/traveled, progressive, and easy going. Historically, we’ve been varied with regard to nationality, race, gender and age. We live independent lives but are sociable, friendly, and respectful. Emily, 45 year old woman, is only in the house two nights a week. I, a senior woman, am the owner and have one of the bedrooms in the house. I am only in the house intermittently because I am helping with caring for my 97 year old mother in Idaho.

The room is available, now - April 1. One year lease.

Rent $900, plus $75 utilities and $25 house cleaning share. Total per month $1000. First and last month rent, plus $400 deposit for security/damage/cleaning. Last month and deposit can be prorated over first few months.

No pets, no smoking, no drugs, moderate drinking.
