Hi! I'm a UW student looking for a guy to take over my lease at oLiv Seattle (Brooklyn Ave NE & NE 45th St), about a 4-minute walk to campus.
- Private furnished bedroom with its own lock, a window, a walk-in closet, and blackout shades
- 18th-floor 4-person unit; you'd share a bathroom with one roommate
- Washer and dryer in the unit, plus a furnished living room and full kitchen
The building has a rooftop pool and sundeck, BBQ and fire pits, a gym, yoga room and sauna, a study area with free printing, and bike storage.
Rent is $1,419/mo, and oLiv confirmed by email that you keep my $125/mo concession. Building fees and utilities are billed separately by oLiv. The lease runs through 8/25/2027 and you can renew after that.
This is an official lease takeover through oLiv. You apply on the oLiv Seattle website and need to qualify (a guarantor or a one-month deposit). Move-in is flexible, ideally around January, depending on oLiv's turnover time.
