Seeking third roommate for $966/month 4 bed/1 bath apartment in U-District (12 month lease beginning on 9/1/2026) ASAP

Hello! I'm looking for someone to replace me on a 12-month lease renewal starting on 9/1/2026 for a 4 bed/1 bath apartment in the U-District (near Ravenna Park and UW).

You would have your own room (see pictures) and share the apartment with two roommates (both UW students). Your portion of rent would be $966/month. There is also a security deposit of $483 and an additional advance payment of $966 upfront.

The unit is the top floor of a three story house and is about a 10-15 minute walk to UW's campus (or ~5 minute drive/14 minutes by bus). The neighborhood is lined with trees and fairly quiet, with easy access to both the Ave and U-Village as well as parks and grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe's, QFC, Whole Foods).

There is a separate laundry room shared between all the units in the house as well as a shared outdoor yard space. On-site parking is also available for an additional fee.
