Spare room available for the summer! Move in ASAP

Room Available June 1st. We’ve got a room available in our place and are looking for someone cool to join our home. No preference on gender – all people welcome here.

If interested, message to schedule an in person tour with a paragraph or two telling us about yourself! Anything you want to share! We would prefer someone who is currently a student or student age and no pets because a sweet dog named Monte who mostly sleeps in his room and a very smart kitten who’s still getting used to his new home live here with us.

A sweet dog named Monte and a very smart and curious kittten named Bonita lives here, so you’ll need to be okay with pets and are Looking for someone respectful, open-minded, communicative, and down to live in a chill space.
