Hi! I am a current UW student looking to sublet my apartment for the summer, starting as June 15th to when the lease ends (August 31st). I have 3 female roommates from UW, we are all current sophomores. I’m looking for another female roommate to sublet! The layout is 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer in unit. The building has a 24/7 gym on the top floor, a complimentary coffee machine in the leasing office, a half basketball court, a movie room, and a lounge/study area on the top floor. The building has a parking garage for an extra monthly cost. The building has 24hr security overlooking the building and at the front door. The building is located about 15 minutes from the center of UW campus, about 20 minutes from the UW medical center, directly adjacent to a Safeway, and in a very close walking distance from other food and grocery and shopping spots.
