The Space:

Looking for a clean, quiet, and reliable housemate for a private bedroom in a beautiful, newer 6-bedroom home in Southcenter. You will share a bathroom with other clean, respectful young professional women.

The Perks (All Included in $1,000 Rent):

We aim to make life easy so you can focus on work and life. Your rent covers everything:
- All Utilities: A/C, High-speed Internet, Electricity, Water, Sewer, and Garbage.
- Professional Cleaning: A bi-weekly house cleaner scrubs the entire home, including all shared bathrooms, the kitchen, and common areas. She will even vacuum your private bedroom!
- Fully Stocked Household: No more "toilet paper runs." We provide monthly supplies of TP, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher pods, Clorox wipes, and trash bags.
- Furnished Common Areas: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a TV, couch, and dining set.
