I am renting out my second room in a beautiful two-bedrooms condo. The room comes with its own private full bathroom, offering comfort and privacy. This room is furnished and I rather to keep it that way. (I'm living in the other room myself). The home is located in a quiet, clean, and well-maintained community. Residents also have access to a gym within the complex. Utilities, including internet and electricity, are all included in the rent for your convenience.
I am currently a student, and I truly value a peaceful and respectful living environment. I am looking for the right roommate who appreciates cleanliness, calmness, and mutual respect. In the past, my roommates have stayed for 2–3 years, which reflects the stability and comfort of this home. I hope to find someone who will enjoy and take care of the space as much as I do.
Room is 1450$. Deposit will be 675$. Only 50$ will not be returnable at the end for the cost of cleaning.
