Shared living space includes kitchen, living and dining room, back porch and yard. Stairs equipped with a lift.

Quick drive to UW, Seattle U, local hospitals, and downtown. Easy access to public transportation. Plentiful, free street parking.

Rent includes: wifi, water/sewer/garbage, gas, electric, washer/dryer; professional cleaning (2x/month) of shared spaces and bathroom; and shared kitchen supplies (i. e., dish/dishwasher soap, garbage bags, paper towels, etc.)

Security deposit: $500

Flexible lease duration: 6, 9, or 12 months with 30-day probationary period to ensure good fit for everyone.

Quarterly room inspections with 48-hours notice.

Applications through Zillow only (applicant pays fee(s) directly to Zillow).

Criminal background check
Income verification requirement: 4x rental amount
In-person meeting with landlords
Will not accept a reusable tenant screening report.

Additionally: Best fit will be someone who is open to living in a respectful, flexible community with senior folks, one of whom is hard of hearing and uses a wheelchair.

Landlord couple hosts friends and family on a regular basis and is open to tenants having guests in shared spaces given good communication and coordination.

Tenant is asked to share some basic household responsibilities (e. g., cleaning up after themselves, emptying dishwasher, and taking out trash/recycling).

No smoking in house or on property. No drugs, alcoholism, or drama.
No candles, perfumes/scents.

Overnight visitors okay with permission of landlords and other tenant. (Time limit: 48 hours/ month).
