Fitness center, 2 rooftop decks with indoor and outdoor areas, 3 resident lounges, courtyard with fireplace and outdoor seating, business center with conference rooms, package lockers. Pet friendly with pet wash area. Secure underground parking available ($250/month, optional).

hey! I'm Yash (26). moved here from NYC last year (still miss it). I work at a cybersecurity startup and travel a lot. huge Barça fan, and I've started following the Sounders too, so if you're into football (soccer, fine) we're gonna get along. I'm usually hiking, at the gym, or dragging friends out to concerts and shows. super easygoing, just don't leave dishes in the sink for a week lol
