The Space & The Setup

We’ve got a massive, two-story setup in Shoreline that’s basically a "choose your own adventure" layout. Whether you want to be part of the household "fam" or you’re someone who values having your own private kingdom downstairs, this house handles both.

The house features two separate entries, two kitchens (Gas upstairs for the foodies, Electric downstairs for the quick moves), two large living rooms, and two bathrooms.

The Rooms (Both Downstairs):

The Main Suite: Huge, spacious, and ready for a full setup. $1,350/mo

The Cozy Room: Perfect for someone who wants the house perks on a budget. $900/mo

The Crew
We’re two couples living upstairs who are all close friends and professionals.

The Guys: I’m a construction superintendent for a GC and my roommate is a machinist. We’re handy, reliable, and usually have a project (or some tools) nearby.

The Ladies: One works in the culinary world and the other is self-employed.
We’re a festival-loving, nature-hitting group. We aren't looking for "forced" social time—if you want to join us for a bonfire or a hike, awesome. If you want to disappear into your room and do your own thing, we totally respect the privacy.

The "No BS" Sound Policy
We want to be upfront so we find the right fit:
The Weekday Vibe: We aren’t the "quiet at 8 PM" types. We’re often up talking, laughing, and joking until about 11:00 PM. If you need absolute "library silence" to function, this might not be your spot. But if you’re down with the sound of a house full of people actually enjoying life, you’ll love it.

The Weekend Vibe: We go to shows and festivals. We might come home late, but we’re always respectful. We’re not the sound police, and we don't expect you to be either—as long as everyone is reasonable, it’s all good.

The Music: We love music and usually have it playing throughout the house during the day. That said, we do sleep in silence, so the "decks" go off when the lights go out.
420 Friendly: Weed-friendly, but we keep the cigarettes outside.

The "Unicorn" Landlord Perks
Our landlord is the man. Because of the construction background in the house, he gives us free rein to make the place our own. He pays for all materials and even pays us for our labor when we do upgrades or repairs.

The Yard: Massive backyard with a fire pit for summer bonfires and BBQs.

Gardening: He’s encouraged us to grow vegetables and build out the space however we want.

The Logistics & Pets
Location: Killer Shoreline spot. Quiet neighbors, right by the trails, and only a few blocks from the Light Rail.

Parking: Carport is full of tools/projects, but we have tons of on-site parking, a driveway, and plenty of street space.

Utilities: Split equally. Wi-Fi is currently on me, but we’ll likely upgrade the speed and split that as a group.

The Animals: We have three cats and one very chill dog. We are possibly open to another pet, but we’d prefer not to add more to the headcount unless it’s a perfect match.
Let’s Vibe

We’re looking for someone reliable who treats rent like a priority (we always pay early). If you’re easy-going, can handle some late-night laughter, and want a cool spot to land, let’s chat. We’d love to grab a drink or smoke a bowl and see if the energy is right.
