This is an owneroccupied home in Shoreline, just north of Seattle. It’s designed for people who want a peaceful, wellkept living environment and who are comfortable with sharedhome norms, clear expectations, and mutual respect.

The home is spacious, beautiful, and thoughtfully run, with shared access to kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, and outdoor spaces. It works best for people who appreciate a warm, communityminded atmosphere while also respecting privacy, boundaries, and the reality that home should feel calm and restorative.

We occasionally share meals or enjoy lowkey gatherings, but this is first and foremost a peaceful, tidy, wellrun home, not a party house.
