NO KITCHEN - Please note there is no kitchen access for you in the house. Previous tenants have utilized a mini fridge and microwave / mini stove in the room which there is plenty of space for. The room is pretty large as it used to be a 2 car garage.

No length of time required to stay. But if you like it you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like!

My name is Ian, I’m the landlord and I live upstairs. The house is split in two, upstairs and downstairs. The room is downstairs as well as your bathroom and the laundry. Currently there is Abel, who is a chef and rarely home and Gio who works for Boeing. Gio won’t be in the house much longer and after he is gone I don’t plan on renting that room anymore as I need the space. So after that it would just be you, Abel and myself.
