Monthly rent is $800, all utilities included. Female renters only as it is currently an all female house, **no exceptions**.

A little bit about the house - it's a 4 bedroom house where my partner and I live. There is one other female roommate at the house, you would share a bathroom with this roommate. My partner and I have our own bathroom. The fully furnished room has a queen size bed with full linens, 2 night tables with lamp, 4 drawer dresser, desk, full closet, and there is a window in the room. House has a kitchen with gas stove, living room with cable TV, laundry room with washer and dryer on site, storage shed with treadmill, on-site parking, and front yard and fully fenced back yard. All common areas are professionally cleaned on a bi-weekly bases. Lease is a 3 month minimum with option to extend afterward. If you'd like a longer lease than 3 months to start, it's open for discussion. Pets are not allowed, but you do need to be okay with a dog as we do have one.

Other Details:
-First month of rent and deposit of $400 due at signing.
-Must pass background and credit check ($42).
-Great location for South Seattle, Renton, Federal Way, Tukwila, and Seatac. The house is a 5 minute drive from the airport, but has minimal overhead plane noise because we are directly lateral to the airport.
-This is not a party house, we are all young professionals.
