Has Murphy bed cabinet- you'll need a full size top mattress.

MOVE IN on 8/1 and you will be taking over my lease that ends in December 2026 then you have the option to renew or not. Get for student or someone who works in downtown Seattle.

-Secured building has a small rooftop deck with picnic tables for all residents to share.

-Bike storage for additional fee.

-Pet friendly (dog breed restrictions) with additional fee, 1 max.

-Street parking with Zone 19 RPZ permit.
