Shared bathroom

I live in a home in a quiet neighborhood on the house's first floor. It is near the water and has lots of light. I have one furnished bedroom available. The rental bedroom is large (11' x 9’ 8”). and looks out onto my garden and fenced yard. There is an 8-foot closet. I just bought new furniture, a double Bed, mattress, bed linens, 2 side tables, an adjustable height work table and a 5 drawer dresser. It will be in place Nov 28th.

There are no other roommates except my little dogs Johnny & Pipin. My landlord lives upstairs when he’s not traveling. We have a separate private entrance.
I'm looking for someone who is easy to live with, has a sense of humor, great communication skills and is respectful, responsible, and kind.

The rest of my unit is fully furnished. $1100 covers sewer, water, heat, electricity and Xfinity.
We share bi-weekly cleaning duties in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking, drugs, candles, perfumes, or scents🌞

About me: I enjoy a quiet and harmonious shared living situation. I’m a single, straight, mature female and work full-time. I'm energetic, positive, progressively minded and easy to get along with. A clean and neat household, especially the kitchen and bathroom, must be important to you.
