Looking for a peaceful, progressive, and safe home near the water? I have a large, quiet room available on the garden level of my home in the beautiful, established Richmond Beach neighborhood.

Space & Privacy:
The room is large and has a very large 8’ closet and nice views of my garden. It can be fully furnished, partially furnished, or unfurnished—your choice. In the rental room, there is a door to the outside fenced yard.

The Entry: We share a common entry through French doors on the first level of the house

Shared Areas: We share a large bathroom (full tub/shower), kitchen, great room, and the backyard. I have a 3rd bedroom that I use as my home office. A renter may use a portion of the space that has a height-adjustable table.

Cleaning Standards: I deeply value a clean-living environment. To keep things fresh, we share bi-weekly bathroom and kitchen cleaning. After using the kitchen, we clean up right away.

In-house washer & dryer. Clean one year old refrigerator and a new dishwasher

Daily Flow:
I own a dog walking business and lead an active early bird lifestyle. I am up by 6 AM and out the door by 7:30 AM. Since we share the bathroom, I am looking for a roommate who starts their day a bit later or has a flexible schedule to ensure we both have stress-free mornings. Quiet time after 9:30 PM.

The Household:
I am a warm-hearted, mature, quiet, single, liberal, and easy-going straight female. I have two small, well-behaved dogs (Pipin, 15 mo., Johnny, 13 yrs). They love people!

Environment:
This is a perfume-free home (no candles/aromatherapy scents) and a cat-free zone due to allergies. Music is enjoyed via earbuds to maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Living 2 blocks from Puget Sound, there is lots of fresh air.

House Rules:
No smoking (pot outside only). No overnight guests

Transit: There is a nearby bus stop, and the light rail station is 3.5 miles away
Nature: Beautiful Richmond Beach Saltwater Park has sweeping views of the Sound and is a 10-minute walk
All-Inclusive: $1100/mo. includes all utilities
Terms: Month-to-month agreement requesting 6-9 months or longer commitment. $200 non-refundable cleaning deposit, pet deposit if applicable

Parking: Easy parking right in front of the house

Ideal Roommate:
An emotionally stable, calm, working professional or student who is “dog friendly” and a good communicator who is kind and trustworthy.

Other: A small, friendly dog who is 100% potty trained, uses a doggie door, and gets along with my dogs may be considered. Sorry, I'm allergic to cats!
