Hello, we are seeking a roommate with no cats/dogs (sadly) - We have a Master Suite with 4 closets and a renovated private bath for ~$1200 *including utilities*. Available as soon as you're interested

This is in Fairwood, you probably want a car but the main plaza is only a 20min walk away.

We're a clean household of game developers seeking someone compatible with the vibe. We don't smoke or drink. We like movies and games and model kits. We go to free kung fu classes at the local community center.

There are multiple shared spaces. we have a garage gym, library of games and books, a nice back deck, etc.

The room has a private, recently renovated shower and a fancy bidet.

There is a desk, full size bed, and several kallax shelves, A/C unit, plus a big whiteboard for your usage, if you'd like them.

The room is very well lit too!

Our last roommate moved out to become a wandering monk in the mountains and we miss him dearly. Looking for a replacement!
