Furnished bedroom is approximately 13’x9’.8” and has newer carpet and paint & a full closet. It has large windows. It has a queen bed, nightstands, bedside lamps, and a dresser. So just bring your personal belongings & you'll be all set. Shared space is furnished. I'm not a big baker or chef but kitchen should be stocked with the kitchen essentials.

Home features two bedrooms and two bath. Open concept living space with updated large kitchen, dining area, and living room with a gas fireplace leading to a private patio deck. Large windows and L shaped deck with views of lush greenery for extra privacy.

Very convenient location. Close to downtown Renton, Boeing, the Landing, SeaTac airport, South Center, and Bellevue. Close proximity to all major freeways and public transportation with I-405 & 167 and easy access to Seattle, trails, and Lake Washington. Bus Line nearby: 102, 148. Plenty of guest parking on the street.

Owner is a professional who works from home and has a 11 year old 10 lb yorkie who doesn’t shed. I tend to be a night owl. My interests include my lovable dog, sports, travelling, reading, book clubs, concerts, theatre, art exhibits, and volunteering.
Must love dogs but seeking a non-pet owner who is clean, someone who doesn't mind helping cleaning the common areas, respectful and drama free. Nonsmoker.

Flexible Stay Option with Reduced Rent:

I'm open to partial stays during the month and flexible occupancy arrangements. This room may be an excellent fit for professionals who travel to the Seattle area for work and only need accommodations part of the week.
