Looking to rent out a room near Downtown Renton. It is a 2 bed/2 bath condo, so you will have your own room/bath. The rent is $1,200 a month and the following will be due on the first month’s rent (first month and security deposit (one month’s rent, which $250 will not be refundable for deep cleaning after move-out)). There is also a $40 fee for a background check.

The rent includes the following:
-Fast Cable Internet (300+ MB/sec)
-Utilities (garbage/electricity/water)
-Washer/dryer inside unit (in your bathroom)
-Does NOT include a parking spot, but there are plenty of street parking nearby
-Condo is secure (main entrance requires a separate key and also has security cameras at every entrance)
-Location is within a couple miles from the Landing/Boeing and less than a mile from Downtown Renton/Renton Transit Center.

About me:
35 year old male. Pretty much a homebody during the week and hang out with friends on the weekends. I don’t usually have people over as I usually go over to my friends or meet outside. I am a VERY clean person in both my personal space and shared space. I don’t cook a lot. I am looking for someone that is SIMILAR to my cleanliness/lifestyle.
