I'm moving cross country and am looking for someone to take my spot on the lease. 3 bed 2 bath house with fenced backyard in Rose Hill neighborhood of Redmond within walking distance of city center. Other 2 roommates generally keep to themselves and are pretty decently clean and friendly, 1 is a former Digipen student and the other a current Digipen student. House is in a nice, safe, clean cul-de-sac loop with plenty of parking, washer and dryer, and a fully finished basement which is used as a second living room/game room. Rent is $1050/month plus utilities, the lease expires in July so if it doesn't work out for you, you can leave then, and if you do like it, both roommates love the area and are looking for someone who will renew the lease with them when the time comes.
