My wife and I have two rooms available in our home. We are located in an extremely safe neighborhood in South Rose Hill at Snyder's Corner. We have two cats that are very well behaved and clean, but we cannot accept any more pets.

We have a VERY STRICT no scent home, which means no fragrance of any kind (shampoo, soaps, perfume, cologne, deodorant, cleaning products, laundry products, etc ) or cooking that might pollute the air. This is for medical reasons and is not negotiable. Along with that, we are a smoke/vape free home for the same reason.

We are within walking distance of several grocery stores as well as a main bus line right on the corner. 5 minutes from i405 makes commuting fast. We are equal distance between Redmond and Kirkland with Bellevue just 15 minutes south.

We have safe Street parking available on a wide street. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept with lovely neighbors. Rose Hill Middle School is in our backyard with access to tennis courts and the track and field (after school hours).
